Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
To pick up your Curbside Order:

3.When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.

Exceptional Service and Dedicated Staff: A Patio Project Success Story!!
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the ANN ARBOR Store #2721 multiple times over the past two months for my patio project, and each visit was marked by exceptional service. Margaret, Vivian, and Anwar stood out in particular. Their combined efforts played a significant role in the successful completion of my project. They were always eager to assist in any way they could, demonstrating patience, knowledge, and genuine care. AWESOME STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!

Regarding the service we had for the water heater installation.
We ordered the water heater installation on Friday. I can’t remember the employee’s name, but in his busy schedule, he paid attention to our needs right away and explained throughly, even regarding the subcontractors installing .Subcontractors did very good job and we were so thankful for the Home Depot workers work ethic. Water heater was installed and meticulously cleaned.

I spoke to a young woman about Bathroom updating. She shared info. and put me in touch with their remodeling company. A subsequent visit and a thorough estimate resulted in a purchase. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.
