Home depot has been fantastic when it comes to going above and beyond. I am in the store several times a week and all the associates are very helpful. Like the time (Tori)one of the cashiers helped with my belt situation, I forgot my belt one day and had to keep adjusting my pants she suggested using the twine used to tie stuff down to your car, IT WORKED! This is not a rare instance it is a regularly occurring thing and this is why I shop home depot.

Great customer service. This store had a staff member go the "EXTRA MILE" for me. Finding a product that was packed away from the winter. With the power outages in our area, I had to fire up my Kerosene Heater and needed Scented Additive. They had packed this stuff away for the season and one of the staff members, grab a moving ladder, climbed up and found the product. Happy Customer... Top Notch Service. Well done.

There was a time when I actually dreaded going into that store because of the lack of staff and the total disorganization of the location, but that seems to have changed over the past few months and I was very pleased with my most recent visit.

The staff is always willing to help me whenever I need something and they always go out of their way to get me whatever I need, so that I as a contractor can get in and out of the store quickly and get out in the field and that's important to me because that is where we make our bread and butter. I love this store and the staff at the pro desk including the cashiers because they treat me like family and are very easy to work with. If you are a contractor and are going anywhere else for your materials I would highly recommend coming to this store instead. Their staff is awesome!
