Perfect Picnic Treasure Chase – Week One (2024)

Pogo Games

Perfect Picnic Treasure Chase – Week One (1)Pogo’s launched another Treasure Chase/Scavenger Hunt event, the Perfect Picnic. In this Club Pogo-only event, you will decode clues to figure out which games to play and what their challenges are. When you complete the challenges you’ll earn up to to 12 free badges. If you complete them all before the deadline, you can win a pack of power-ups and the animated reward badge below here (awarded at a later date).

This will be a event, with four new “secret” challenges, from now until July 24, 2022. That’s three weeks of scavenger hunt fun!

Perfect Picnic Treasure Chase – Week Three

To Get Started

Follow the clues at the Perfect Picnic Treasure Chase page. You must visit that page otherwise the badges won’t be offered to you.

If you know what game the clues are referring to, you can play a round and your badge progress will appear at the end of the game. To check your badge progress you need to be in the game and click on the 12 on the right side menu or complete a round. There is no other place or way to check badge progress.

Alternately, you can scroll down and check the comments. You can then just open the games and start playing to ‘activate’ the badges.

Nite: the next set of clues will be available on Monday, July 11.

  • Today, four new secret Challenges will unlock. The Challenges are freely available to all Club Pogo members.
  • Follow the clues from the Treasure Chase page to figure out the games and Challenges.
  • If you’re on the right track, you’ll see your progress revealed in the game as you finish levels. It may take a couple tries to find the right game, or the right goal to complete.
  • Complete the Challenges to win new Badges. Each Badge forms part of the larger picture.
  • To win, you’ll need to finish all four Challenges by 11:59 pm PT on July 24, 2022, completing the picture and unlocking the treasure chest.

This Week’s Clues:

  1. Find where the animals are safe and happy. Match your way to victory, nice and snappy. Good old-fashioned wins are the way to go out in the savanna or deep in snow.
  2. The numbers detrmine if you win or lose, so pay attention and listen for the cues! Listen to the numbers like a true master. Win more than once per card to do it faster!
  3. To find the treasure, you’ll need a good score. Aim for the clouds, where the airplanes soar. Let a big score be your work of art. Sorting cards is a smart way to start.
  4. An academic approach will serve you. Focus on blue as you puzzle on through. To find the treasure, think shiny and blue. Match them all together and you’ll see too./li>

That’s terrific, Suz! Some good Pogo news for once. How are doing on the collectables badges? I don’t think I have enough days left to spin around the sun to complete those.

I won’t give this event serious attention until later in the week. Luckily, none of the challenges seem too brutal.

          • MomsBassetHound says

            Thanks!

Once I finish the 2 collectibles in room 22 I’ll have to go back to those early rooms. I still need almost 300 for each of the two in room 22.

According to Classic Find a Badge I’ve earned a total of 148 of the 220 available, so only 72 left. But that could take years…lol

Way to go, Suz!!! I ranked out a long time ago, but I’m still working on my collectibles. I’m on level 3 right now. So it will be a longer time until I will finish those. I should have finished all while I was actually playing the game for rank. 🙂 Fantastic achievement! 🙂

          • MomsBassetHound says

Thanks, and Congrats to you too!

I’m going to work backwards once I get the last set in room 22. I’ll save the worst, room 1, for last 🙂

            Good Luck!

            Suz

          • piccolopower113 says

I like the Bingo game because of the power ups! They are fun to see which one comes when. There’s no rhyme or reason to which one comes when! For some reason when I was playing this evening, I kept getting error messages. I didn’t get credit for many games, & when I clicked “yes” to extra pops at the end, they didn’t come. Guess I’ll try again tomorrow. Got the others pretty easily. 🙂 Enjoy, everyone & HAVE FUN!! 🙂

          • oldblue153 says

I took the other route and chose to chase collectables first…I’m only rank 176 ( you rank up a LOT slower this way) but I have completed rooms 1-20 with only 2 more to go…I’ll likely finish all the collectables with very little left to finish the Ranks.

      • CandyD says

I love this game, but hate Sudoku and Spades and most of those candy get 3 in a row games.

        • SAT says

I agree with you about Sudoku and Spades

        • Katmom says

I finally got the hang of sudoku, but I hate spades!

      • shelnick9293 says

I don’t think it stinks but because of the bots, it is not one of my favorite games although a better game than some.

        • piccolopower113 says

it’s not one of my favorites, either, but I can do it pretty easily. The ones I almost refuse to do are Snowbird & Quinn’s. Don’t like either of them.

      • Terri says

I agree with you Katie. This game is not for me.

        • Sal says

Agree with Terri and Katie. I liked it for awhile but got over it fast. Only at level 35 and not happy when there is a FREE badge. Wouldn’t consider BUYING one! To each her own.

      • jesterodoomsmom says

        You aren’t the only one!

  5. Sue Keenum says

One of the games is firstclass not sure about the others if anyone can help with them tyvm

Mahjong Sanctuary – Poppit Bingo – First Class Solitaire – Jewel Academy
Good Luck Have a great & safe day

    • Gretchen Nelly says

I always check first before playing the hand to see if there are 2 same cards of different colors showing on the first hand shown. For instance like 2 7’s of red and black. I seem to win those games easier for some reason.

  6. spn50mac says

1st one is Mahjong Sanctuary and 2nd one is Poppit Bingo. Having trouble with other two.

    • spn50mac says

4th one is Jewel Academy. Really having problems with number 3!

      • spn50mac says

I feel stupid. 3rd one is First Class Solitaire!

  7. theshroad says

    Here are the games:
    1) Win 35 games in mahjong Sanctuary,
    2) Create 100 bingos in Poppit Bingo,
    3) Score 1000 points in First Class Solitaire
    4) Remove 1000 blue gems Jewel Academy.

    Mahjong Safari
#2. The numbers determine if you win or lose
    Poppit Bingo
#3. To find the treasure, you’ll need a good score.

I finally did figure out #4 was Jewel Academy but I never connected academic approach to Jewel Academy ~ Duuuuuh! LOL

  9. ki says

new constellation comes out on the 7th so will do most of the required amount of each game then finish them when it starts
for jeweled accad,i use level 2-9 as are easiest to get a few blues, majong sanct,i used level 1 as very easy to do

    • RitaDiane says

I plan to do the same because there is no way I could ever get through the last several tiers. Would rather have these count for the next one.
      Good Luck!

    • kindone12345_ says

In Jewel Academy which level has the most blue jewels?
I am also using level 1 for Sanctuary
Did First Class in no time. Wish the others were so fast lol

    • Vista says

      Thank you for the hints

  10. Darlene14 says

what a good number to play for blue gems in Jewel Academy?

    • mustangx9 says

Level 27 or Level 35 good luck!!

      • shelnick9293 says

If you can do Level #35 it is a good choice as there are 80 moves and shouldn’t take too long to complete.

      • kindone12345_ says

LOL Sorry for posting that question right before it was answered 😛

    • Charlene Jennings says

      35

  11. buckeyesno1 says

I keep referring people in the chat rooms to come to this site for the answers. People keep asking “what are the clues?” It gets annoying after a while LOL. Sometimes I am able to figure out the clues myself, but most of the time I do come here.

  12. Don says

I’m saving Sanctuary until Wednesday since it is also the next weekly.

    • PAN says

True, but I’m still going to play the daily MS.

  13. shelnick9293 says

I am going to do about 28 of the 35 games of Mahjong Sanctuary on Level #1 and then finish it up on the 7th and since the weekly is only going to be flowers I will do Level #4 and only do the flowers and then quit the game. That will take about 18 games but you don’t have to play the whole game. I much rather play 35 Level
    #1 games then 35 Level #4 games.

    • Sonja says

You and me both! But you’re more generous in holding back level 1 games. I’m looking at it as two really separate challenges, but both boring. Both are easy and just want them done.

      • shelnick9293 says

They are two separate challenges but I figured there are two more dailies to do and then I probably will get up to about 33 or 34 games and then finish it at midnight. At that time I will do the flower badge. At least that is my plan. 😅

        • RyzandShyn says

Shelnick and Sonja – I’m glad you posted as it got me thinking and I reconsidered my plan for these badges.
I think it’ll be much faster and easier to do Level 1 for the Event (35 games) badge together with the M&M I have for win 15 games, and then do Level 4 for the flowers only 18 times.
          Thanks!

  14. Captiva007Pl says

I’m going to do the biggest part of the badges then wait and finish them when the new constellation starts. It’s only two days so I should have plenty of time. Hopefully! Would someone please tell me if I’m messing up? Like running out of time or something? Since I haven’t seen anyone else say this.

    • MomsBassetHound says

Just make sure to leave a little wiggle room in case they pick one of these games for the daily challenge tomorrow or Wednesday.

      Suz

    • shelnick9293 says

That’s what I am doing and you will plenty of time.

    • moosette776 says

Doing the same on Thursday these 4 and the weeklies. Although I think these just all have to be done by the 24th.

    • Ampehl says

I’m doing the same thing. I currently have 22 badges with 1 or 2 games to play for each so all the pogis go to new constellation.
I hate waiting for the new one but on the 7th it’ll be fun to fly through the first tier!
For myself it makes it easier to get a jump start and I usually finish gold on each constellation.
Good luck and have a great day!

  15. JazzysMouse says

I don’t understand where to get started. I see the clues, but not how to make sure I start the right badge. Hope that make sense. FYI, I have been off POGO for a year, yet I have paid for the Club for that year.

    • Captiva007Pl says

JazzysMouse, go up above where Lura has the games put down. Just start on any of those. She has down how many of each thing we have to do in the games. There are four games and you can start on any of them. You can do any of them first, or activate all four and go back and forth between them if you get bored. Good Luck!!

  16. Captiva007Pl says

Disregard the last question. I think I have my answer from the Q&A section. Thanks!

  17. LookingForAClue says

I understand the third clue is First Class Solitaire. But what do you have to do to trigger the badge? I’ve played several hands and won a few but the badge still hasn’t activated.

    • MomsBassetHound says

Some have to go to the Event page on Pogo before a challenge will activate.

      Good Luck!

      Suz

  18. Linda Meyers says

I have been playing Mahjong for 2 days now, but I can’t find anyplace that tells your score. If you look at the badge page it constantly says 5% How do you know how many you’ve got?

    • Sal says

Linda, Are you WINNING games? Mine says 85%. Plus in the game if you tap/click the B shield on the right, it shows 30/35 for me. Two places to look. And be sure you are playing Mahjong SANCTUARY. Good Luck

    • MomsBassetHound says

Click on the “B” on the right hand side of the screen while you are in the game. That should say ??/35.

      Good Luck!

      Suz

    • shelnick9293 says

On the right side of the screen of the game click on the letter B. It will tell you how many.,

  19. Sharon C Rose says

Thank you I had no idea this challenge was even here.

  20. shelnick9293 says

There is a problem with Poppit Bingo. Says to contact support.

    • piccolopower113 says

I’m getting the same thing. Think I’ll wait until tomorrow to try again! 🙂

    • MomsBassetHound says

There are problems with quite a few of the games. I noticed it about 8 hours ago, but it has gotten progressively worse and just quit playing until it’s fixed. Hopefully it will be working in the morning.

      Suz

      • Tommi B says

Thanks for the info. I came here to check because of issues with Poppit Bingo, and Pogo Slots right now. I also hope they fix it soon. I held off on many badges for the new constellation.
        Thanks again – Tommi (TommiRB)

          Hi everyone!

Thank you to everyone for bringing the issues in Pogo Slots, Monopoly Sudoku, and Poppit! Bingo to our attention. We are investigating each game and will provide an update when information is available.

  21. Linda Collins says

Not getting credit for bingos. Any hints what I may be doing wrong?
Thanks and Have a nice weekend.

    • DeeVermont says

Are you playing with 4 cards and clicking on the Golden Balloon power-up when it appears? Other then that I honestly don’t know.

Hmmm, are you getting credit for the other 3 games? If not, have you clicked Join the Event on the main page after you scroll sideways?

As stated on top of this page:

To Get Started: Follow the clues at the Perfect Picnic Treasure Chase page.

You must visit that page otherwise the badges won’t be offered to you.

      Hope this helps,
      Dee

  22. Linda Collins says

Thanks everyone. Got the other badges, and this evening I got credit for 16 bingos before I stopped receiving credit again. Guess this isn’t going to be the challenge for me this week.
    Linda

  23. pas9156 says

    Week 2

    1. Bejeweled Stars
Match 1100 gems before the event ends.

    2. STUMPED ???

    3. Jet Set Solitaire
Complete 20 levels before the event ends.

    4. Trizzle
Match 5 or more dolls in one move 250 times before the event ends.

Good Luck and thanks to the person who got Clues #2

  24. Peggy Burchett says

2 is Clair Hart Secret in the Shadow

    • laurel l harmon says

I’m getting nothing for either Clair Hart….. any suggestions?

      • MomsBassetHound says

You need to complete an entire episode, 5 scenes, to get credit. It’s Claire Hart Secrets in the Shadow that is the correct game.

        Good Luck!

        Suz

      • Mamacat60 says

Be sure you aren’t playing Claire Hart Classic like I did. Lol

  25. krutynow AKA Karen says

Thank you for #4 – I’ve got the 1st Class and working on Mahjong S and Poppit Bingo — but was having trouble finding #4. Many thanks.
